A common question among children is "why?" It's a natural way to learn about the world we live in (and to try to find loopholes in parental rules). While it's a simple question to ask, it's not always easy to answer. Just a few "whys" can lead to topics that some people spend a lifetime studying, like "why is it snowing?"

Questions about our faith can be like that, too. "Why do you believe Jesus is alive?" "Why do you believe the Bible?" How would you handle them? If you've wanted to get more prepared for such discussions with your friends, come join Jon Krueger for the No Apologies class. We'll get at those questions and many more and, just as important, how to go about handling them when they come up. As the apostle Peter wrote, we should:

always [be] prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.
— 1 Peter 3:15

This five-week class is offered during first service in the classroom. Class starts on Sunday, March 17th at 9am. Childcare available if requested.
