Child Dedication

Once or twice a year, during Sunday Services we will celebrate child dedications. If you have a child to dedicate, please contact the office.

While some christians baptize babies, at the Bridge we have Child Dedication. Dedicating a child is acknowledging God's sovereignty over the child as well as the parents. Parents present their baby/child before the Church, asking God and fellow church members for grace and wisdom in parenting this child. Parents may then share a verse they wish to read. Dedicating a child is our prayer that someday that child will trust Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
