The People of the Kingdom | Luke 11:1-13
Luke 11:1–13 - In this message, Pastor Rob leads us into the heart of prayer—not just the words, but the posture, persistence, and promise of it. When the disciples ask, “Lord, teach us to pray,” Jesus gives not only a framework, but an invitation to intimacy with the Father. We are to approach God not with timid formality, but with shameless audacity, confident in His goodness. Prayer is not about eloquence but relationship—a daily rhythm of trust, dependence, confession, and longing for God’s kingdom to come in and through us. Like the friend at midnight or the persistent widow, we are called to ask, seek, and knock with boldness, believing our Father delights to respond. Am I praying with bold expectation—or hesitant reservation? Do I see prayer as a duty—or a doorway to deeper intimacy with the Father? What “kingdom” prayers is God inviting me to keep pressing into this week?
